Indoor Tennis Cardio Workout Plan
This workout plan combines various activities to maximize your cardio and improve your tennis skills. The session is structured to last for 60 minutes, divided into three main components.
1. Tennis Coach Ball Feeding (20 minutes)
Warm-up: 5 minutes of light jogging and dynamic stretches.
