Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at the full rate. No refund will be provided for cancellations within this timeframe. 2. Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged at full. A credit will be issued for future use, which can be applied to a rescheduled session. 3. Exceptions Technical Issues: If the cancellation or rescheduling is due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund or credit. Weather: If severe weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, hurricanes, extreme heat) make it unsafe or impractical to attend a session and the session is cancelled, a full credit will be issued. 5. Acknowledgment You acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy by booking a session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 6. By participating in any activities organised by The Wolf Racquet Club, all participants acknowledge and agree that: (1) They confirm they are physically fit and medically suitable to participate in the activities and take full responsibility for their own health condition. (2) They understand that tennis and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or unforeseen incidents. (3) The Wolf Racquet Club, its organisers, staff, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, major incidents, losses, or damages incurred during participation. (4) Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and waive any right to claim against The Wolf Racquet Club arising from such participation.
